To request an urgent appointment:
- phone us on 01625 423692, at 8am
- please give your contact telephone number to the receptionist and our triage Doctor will call you back.
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment
- use our appointment request form,
- When booking an appointment online, press the routine box to access the available appointments. You may consult any of the doctors in the practice.

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
Appointments by telephone call can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- using the GP online system – Patient Access
- phone us on 01625423692, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Home visits
Housebound patients can receive a home visit from a doctor by calling the practice at 8am. You’ll need to give some details about your problem to our receptionist so your doctor can call you to carry out an assessment to determine whether an at-home appointment is appropriate.
Children and babies should be brought into our surgery for appointments. We always make sure that children are seen as quickly as possible.
Your GP may refer you to the community nursing team for home visits, and anyone who has recently had a baby or who is a newly registered patient with a child under 5 will receive a home visit from our health visitor.
